Al Aziiz is the Conqueror. is the Mighty. Allah swt does everything according to His wishes and as He wishes. Is it not one of the attributes of Allah swt to say "be" and it is. To be Popular:
Recite Ya Aziiz 40 times every day for 40 days, insaAllah the person will receive abundant wealth from Allah swt and the person will become popular figure. A man of great honour. This recitation will also make the person very independent from others. The best time to recite this is after solat Fajr (subuh).
